St Helens Castle circa 1830’s grade ii listed

This job is still ongoing, we started this job in Jan 2019 and was head hunted by the mainland building contractors as we had been highly recommended for our reputation on conservation roofing works.

The job consists of the renovation of the main castle/house and surrounding buildings.

We under took a large overhaul of the pitched roof elevations which is a superior hand crafted Cornish Delabole natural slate and vast amounts of lead work. From large lead flat roofs to box gutters, lead flashings and welded outlets. One great feature is the lead roof of the spiral staircase.

The roofing works will continue on for the next 2 years. Our next project on site is to clad a large pavilion roof in bronze sheet cladding.
